These terms apply to your use of howtodrawcomicsacademy.com and How to Draw Comics Academy memberships. By creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to them.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Memberships are for one person; please don’t share your login.
Memberships and payments
Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our Join page at the time you buy. Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Academy Essentials is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the lesson library and includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Workshops are one-off purchases and are separate from membership.
Using our content
All lessons, videos, artwork, articles, downloads and apps are owned by Clayton Barton / How to Draw Comics Academy and are licensed to you for your personal learning only. Please don’t copy, share, resell or publicly post Academy content.
Your artwork
You keep full ownership of the art you create and share. When you submit work for feedback or post it in the community, you give us permission to display it in that context, including in critique sessions and replays.
Community guidelines
Be supportive and respectful, give constructive feedback, and keep things on topic. We may remove content or accounts that break these guidelines.
Live classes and mentoring
Session times are shown in your local time zone. Occasionally a session may need to be rescheduled; we’ll let you know as early as we can and replays are provided where possible.
