ABOUT THIS LESSON
Drawing doesn't have to be difficult - in fact, not only can it be easy, it can be fun too! And in this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use basic, simple to draw shapes to create quirky characters and interesting objects.
We're going to let go of the rules, and get creative as we discover all the different ways shape can be used to build a drawing. Through this method, you'll learn how to compose basic forms, and sculpt them into something unique and cool.
Best of all, we'll be taking a break proportions, anatomy, perspective, and all the other technical stuff that comes with a more realistic drawing - and focusing purely on the creative development aspect of illustration.
By the end of this lesson you'll feel more comfortable putting pencil to paper and creating something from nothing - this will be an easy, fun exercise that anybody can do, regardless of their skill level!
